Thom has garnered national recognition as a champion of consumer rights and received the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for outstanding pro bono legal representation on behalf of low-income clients. Respected for his expertise, Thom has made over 20 guest appearances on iHeart Radio and ESPN Radio.
Richard has been a passionate advocate for consumer rights his entire career. With a background in accounting and economics, he brings a unique and valued perspective to ELP. Richard is fluent in Spanish and grateful for the opportunity to assist the Spanish-speaking community as an attorney.

Chandler excels in disputing income tax liability, resolving hundreds of thousands in IRS debt while also skillfully tackling credit card, personal loan, and medical debt. When not immersed in the legal world, the California native enjoys family time watching Boston Bruins hockey and collecting trading cards.
Raised in Utah, Kalin earned an undergraduate degree in psychology and later graduated from the Boyd School of Law as a member of the Utah Bar. He’s built a reputation for being dependable, personable, and pursuing creative solutions. He enjoys hunting, bowling, collecting antique books, and spending time with his family.

Born and raised in sunny Orange County, Yasmeen brings invaluable passion, experience, and care to her work at ELP. Outside of the office, Yasmeen loves soaking up the vibrant California lifestyle with her family and friends.
ROSY PRADO
Legal Assistant
Also a native Californian, Rosy has worked in document control, customer service, and as a legal assistant for invalidation of debts through the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. She enjoys reading in her spare time and spending time with her children.
JENNIFER FRANCIS
Legal Assistant
Jen grew up in Washington state before moving to sunny Southern California in 2003, where she worked as a legal assistant for a local bankruptcy firm. She enjoys running and traveling, and competed in the Boston Marathon in 2023. She has a 20 year old daughter, a great boyfriend, and three little rescue boys (dogs).
EMILY MUIRHEAD
Legal Assistant
Emily worked as a courtroom clerk for 5 years with the Superior Court of California Tuolumne County, where she became interested in debt dispute and litigation law. She is also a proud Navy Veteran, having served on the USS Laboon DDG 58. Emily has her Associates in Behavioral Sciences and loves her children consisting of one dog and two cats.
MEDINAH YUSUFZAI
Legal Assistant
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Medinah holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and has extensive experience from working at the Eighth Judicial District Court of Las Vegas and civil law firms. In addition to a commitment to community engagement through 501(c)(3) organizations, Medinah tackles off-roading trails with their Jeep Rubicon during their free time.

Darian comes to us all the way from Quincy, Massachusetts with more than 35 years of experience in sales and customer care. A servant leader with a passion for helping others, he dedicates his free time to coaching youth sports and also enjoys exercising his creativity and resourcefulness by rehabilitating thrift store finds.
MICHAEL CARTER
Client Care Manager
Michael brings a wealth of experience from his time in client services, where he honed his skills in quality, client communication, and account management. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering, exploring the outdoors and eagerly awaiting the start of football season to cheer on his beloved 49ers.
LYNSEY REED
Office Manager
Lynsey, a Las Vegas native, brings over 15 years of extensive experience in office management and operations to our Law Firm, and her expertise spans a wide range of administrative and operational functions. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three teenage boys.
ABBAS HUSSAIN
Documents Manager
Hailing from Bloomfield, New Jersey, Abbas made Las Vegas his home after falling in love with the city during a vacation. He plays a vital role in a legal team dedicated to advocating for clients grappling with debt. Outside the office, Abbas is an avid basketball fan and enjoys playing in his free time and cheering on the Golden State Warriors.

Originally from the town of Jerez, Zacatecas, Alejandra brings a colorful personality and a mastery of numbers to Elite Legal Practice. When she’s not embracing life’s adventures with her baby, you’ll likely find her nestled in a hammock, immersed in a book or podcast.
